Julia Oliveira

Brazilian by birth and global by experience, Julia is a geologist and commercial leader who has built her career across the Americas, combining deep field experience with a strong focus on innovation and customer success. After graduating from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) and working across the mining value chain, she joined Seequent as one of the first LATAM team members, helping open new markets and promote advanced geological approaches long before they became industry standard. Her path evolved into leadership roles where she bridges technical and business perspectives, supported by an MBA in Leadership, Innovation and Management 4.0 and advanced training in AI, cloud operations, and negotiation. Curious by nature, she is driven by learning, exploration, and building meaningful connections — whether in mining, technology, or life outside work.
